Job Description

We are currently hiring team members for our Anderson, IN location to start on September 11th!

 

AllianceOne is now hiring talented team members at our Anderson, IN location. In this role Agents will research consumer account issues and take the appropriate actions to correct and bring the account current. Accounts may have credit balances that need to be returned to the appropriate entity or balances owed that require the creation of payment arrangements.

Successful Agents will have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be proficient in time management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong desire to achieve goals
  • Data entry and computer knowledge/skills
  • Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base
  • Works well in team settings
