We are currently hiring for a Collection Agent position at our AllianceOne San Diego, CA location.

Collection Agents contact consumers regarding past due government debts. We provide paid training to help our team members gain the tools needed to become successful. AllianceOne partners with a wide variety of top clients and provides a solid account base. * Contact delinquent customers of our clientele to obtain payment commitments and bring resolution to unpaid accounts

* Communicate with individuals by phone and written correspondence

* Verify contact information and transfer calls to our Collections Department for further action.

* Obtain confidential information from 1st and 3rd parties while accurately updating computer files while conducting each call

* Demonstrate effective skip tracing techniques through programs and policies implemented by AllianceOne Benefits
